Atul Verma, founder of the institute has a rich experience in dealing with issues related to relationship counselling such us pre-marital counselling, marriage counselling, separation, or divorce counselling etc. He has been teaching and training psychology students from last many years. He works actively with various colleges and clinical settings in dealing with different psychological concerns. He is involved in conducting talks and workshops on various psychological concerns for psychology students. He has also been featured on television and radio channels. He has written various books in psychology for psychology students and his articles are quite a regular feature in various newspapers and magazines. He strongly believes that educating and empowering professionals and creating awareness in the public will lead to mentally and physically healthy society, which is a pressing need in the present scenario.
Gagandeep Kaur is a M.Phil in clinical psychology from IHBAS Delhi University. She is a double gold medalist with the Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma Presidential Gold Medal to her credit. She was a part of CBSE telephonic helpline panel that runs across India. She works actively in various school and clinical settings dealing with normal children and children with problems. She is involved in conducting talks and workshops on various psychological concerns for children, teachers and parents in schools and also on television and radio channels such as AajTak, Sahara, DD Bharti and AIR FM etc. She has written books such as ‘Exam Stress’ and her articles are quite a regular feature in various newspapers and magazines. She strongly believes that not only early identification and management but empowering children with different skills is very important. Her key interest area is in setting counselling systems for schools.
Dr. Sandeep Govil is a renowned psychiatrist and working with different hospitals in Delhi and NCR. He has experiences of more than 15 years with different reputed hospitals like Institute of Human Behaviour Allied Sciences, Jhilmil, Dilshad Garden, Delhi 110025 and Tihar Jail etc. He also has experience of teaching and supervising students He is associated with UPS from a long time.
Pankaj Jaiswal is B.Sc (FS), M.Sc (FS) ,Trained at Agra Forensic Lab (Govt. of U.P.) He is a Qualified Expert in the forensic investigation, Crime scene investigation, crime scene management, Fingerprint examination, given more than 1000 opinions in various courts of India, solved various cases in MNCs, Corporate houses, He is total 7 years in field of forensic science. Worked as International Consultant for United Nations - UNDP (Rule of Law) on basic capacity building program (civilian Police project) CID Puntland, Nairobi, Kenya.Provided training on SGBV, CSI and Forensic science to CID officers of Puntland.
He delivered Training To biotechnology and science student in many universities/institutes like SRM Chennai, Delhi Police, National police Academy Hyderabad etc.
Ms. Khushali Gandhi is a proficient Behavioural Skills Trainer and a Psychologist. Over the period of last 7 years, she has trained several professionals to empower them in the area of soft skills and behavioural skills. Her programs are deep rooted in the realms of human behaviour. She has trained professionals at organizations like Kritikal solutions, Maruti Suzuki, Mahagun Developers, Bombardier, ConAgra foods, Smartchip Limited, Indian Oil Petroleum Management, TKM- global logistics (TATA Group), POSist Technologies, Jabra, and Metaflex among many others. Having a strong academic background in Psychology with masters, and MBA, her training expertise lies in understanding the thinking patters and how they manifest into behaviour. Her experience builds from having worked with organizations across industries with intensive programs that are very engaging, active and result oriented.
Joulyn Kenny Francis is MSc (FS), Trained with CID, Hyderabad. She is a Forensic Trainer/Adviser in Fingerprints, Questioned Documents and crime scene Investigation. She has also a Diploma in Cyber Forensics and have implemented Forensic Programs and designed curriculum to Fresh Forensic Courses at Indian Forensic Organisation.
Kenny has also been featured in articles in Times of India, Mumbai Mirror, Ahmedabad Mirror and many more magazines on her work in forensics. She has been involved in many Forensic Workshops, Guest Lectures around the country which also includes training programs, seminars and professional and tailored classes for Forensic Students
Rajat Srivastava is a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Statistics, He has more than 10 years’ experience in the field. He has done descriptive, exploratory, inferential, predictive data analysis and representation, to run consumer, communication and other studies. He has worked as statistician with LIC of India, SPSS and StatSoft India. He is most keen to see how he can solve the any complex data problem further. He has done following workshop

Ms. Gayatri Kochhar has completed her masters in Clinical Psychology from Amity University. She is a certified Graphologist, Dermatoglyphists, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Expressive Arts Therapist and UNESCO CID Certified Dance Movement Therapist (CID Registration Number 21436) and has a licence of working in over 155 countries. She has been actively conducting workshops for school students and teachers and NGOs and Comfortably works with all age groups. Her aim is providing counselling and therapy to support individuals dealing with Inter-Intra personal issues and various psychological difficulties. Anxiety disorders, Affective disorders, Stress Related disorders are the areas of specialization amongst others. She has been an active participant in psychological projects at various organizations like Patanjali Yogpeeth GAIL India Ltd. and Horiba Pvt Ltd amongst others where her task included performing and studying the brain behaviour through Brain EEG, ATD angle, DNA and Psychometric Tests.
Ms. Sanchita Mohindru is M.Sc. Cognitive Science, trained under the merit scholarship at Centre for Behavioural and Cognitive Sciences, University of Allahabad. She is also UGC-NET qualified in Psychology. She has done many research projects since 2013. She has worked on ‘Emotions’, ‘Attention’ and Perception’ in the past two years and possesses research skills for qualitative and quantitative research and statistical analysis like SPSS. She was also an active member of ‘Cognex’, a Cognitive Science Workshop of IIT Kanpur in 2017. She was the project leader of Delhi University Research Project on ‘Sports Psychology’ funded by Delhi University. She also has experience in working with elderly populations. She has worked on Delhi University’s Research Project ‘Successful/Graceful Ageing’ and presented a paper on the same in a UGC organized seminar in 2014. She was also selected for ‘Gyanodaya, college on wheels’, Delhi University’s initiative on ‘exploring the cultural heritage of India’. She was also an active member of ‘Inspire Science Camp’ of IIT Delhi. She is into teaching B.A. and B.Sc. Psychology students at Unique Institute of Behavioural Sciences. She also teaches and prepares students from various streams for M.A. Psychology Entrances. She strongly believes that every student who aspires for, can clear any exam if they have proper guidance by experts, a sound educational environment and infrastructure. She believes in providing quality education to students and in continuously refining her own skills. She also believes that psychology education can empower people for better self-awareness and a mentally and physically healthy society.
Huda Naaz is working as a Psychologist Trainee at Unique psychological services. She did her graduation from Jamia Millia Islamia and was awarded gold medal on her convocation day. Having a strong academic background in psychology with masters, she aims to promote mental health services. She has worked as an intern at Fortis Escorts, VIMHANS and Cheshire Home. She is qualified for Assisstant Professor UGC NET Psychology November 2017. She is currently working on a research paper that studies ‘’ Multidimensionality of Peer Pressure as a predictor of emotional autonomy and General Health among adolescents” which is currently in the works of being published. She also has experience of teaching and supervising students. She has been involved in many workshops conducted by renowned institutes such as DIPR, Special Rehabilitation Sciences and Research Centre, related to mental health awareness.
Ms Sonali Madan has completed her Masters in Applied Psychology from Mithibai College, Mumbai.She worked in the Human Resource department of a corporate sector, where she was responsible for the recruitment of employees. She has also actively worked in many schools for children with special needs and under privileged children.Her area of specialisation is special education. Her aim to help these children to develop their fullest potential to enable them to become self reliant and not only help them grow academically but also emotionally, by providing the required support and attention, so that they can lead a healthy and a happy life.
Ms. Trisha Walia is Honorary' NET qualified faculty at UIBS. She has done her M.Phil in Clinical Psychology Central Institute of Psychiatry( Ranchi). She pursued her Undergraduate degree at the University of Delhi and Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Jamia Milia Islamia. She had undergone extensive clinical experience, both in assessment and therapies. She has done extensive research in the area of social cognition especially understanding the emotional aspects thereby contributing in interpreting emotional situations in daily life. She is well trained with softwares like SPSS, MATLAB etc.
